I have been hearing a lot of rumors lately that "Reactor may not happen." I was going to post a thread asking what people know since recently I've heard two different people confirm that "it will not happen". But I went on the Reactor website and there is a notice that makes it sound like Reactor is not gone just delayed. That it will happen in 2009, probably early 2009 too. Pre-reg starts in September.
I am a huge fan of Reactor and love it! I know some people dislike the con and prefer bigger con but I think it is a great con. I wanted to get other people's opinions on this and if they have heard any other rumors.

Thanks for the info.
My friends and I were thinking of going to Reactor for the first time since one of my friends who has gone say she really likes the smaller atmosphere.
I was trying my best to look into it but they never had any info... thanks a lot.

There has been an official word that Reactor will not be happening for 2008. Seems like I can focus more on Youmacon now.

I was so upset when I heard about Reactor.
Hopefully I'll be a bit calmer about going now, though.
They were taking far too long to make an announcement about a date for the con, I was getting ready to not go altogether.

Holy crap they fixed the ugly home page! no more ugly blue borders around all their image links! Unfortunately the rest of the pages still have them. God I'd redesign that site for them! FOR FREE!! D:
